Live plant in a 7cm pot!

An Asian species Hygrophila lancea. Under water it grows thin reddish-brown leaves with a lighter-coloured central vein. Its stems have a creeping growth and form low bushes. It needs CO2 to grow well. Trimming the leaves maintains the bushy form. Hygrophila lancea needs intensive lighting, and it is a slow grower.

Pisces tissue culture plants are grown in Agar gel in a disease-free environment where there are no nasties like snails or bugs.
