Alternanthera reineckii is a species of aquatic plant in the amaranth family, Amaranthaceae. Several cultivars are used as ornamental plants in aquaria. Easy to grow and undemanding, it adds a splash of bright red to the planted aquarium.

Pisces tissue culture plants are grown in Agar gel in a disease-free environment where there are no nasties like snails or bugs.
